Rider Onboarding Associate – Birmingham (6 Months FTC)

About the role
Deliveroo is seeking a Rider Onboarding Associate based in Birmingham to support its UK & Ireland rider supply. The role is a six‑month fixed‑term contract, primarily remote but involves regular travel to onboarding hubs across the region to meet rider demand.
Key responsibilities
- Lead face‑to‑face onboarding sessions for new riders at regional hubs and on‑site locations.
- Identify and address rider supply gaps in hard‑to‑source areas to keep the fleet balanced.
- Plan and execute supply initiatives for peak periods and seasonal demand.
- Collaborate with Supply and Rider Onboarding teams to streamline processes and improve demand forecasting.
- Work with the Content & Engagement team to enhance the rider value proposition and act as the onboarding systems expert.
Required profile
- Experience in a fast‑paced environment such as technology, start‑ups, food‑delivery or as a Deliveroo rider.
- Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing field conditions.
- Strong organisational skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks across different locations.
