Room Leader – Early Years Nursery (Fulham)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Early Years professional to lead a nursery room in a well‑established private nursery in Fulham. The role starts in September 2026 and offers a supportive environment where staff wellbeing and career progression are priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a nursery room, maintaining high standards of care and education.
• Support, motivate and mentor Early Years Practitioners within the room.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Monitor children’s learning and development, ensuring accurate observations and assessments.

Required profile

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (or higher).
• Previous experience as a Room Leader, Third‑in‑Charge, Senior Nursery Practitioner, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
