About the role
We are looking for a confident, fashion‑focused Sales Advisor to join an established international fashion brand in Central London. You will deliver a warm, personalised customer experience and help style customers while meeting sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Provide an engaging, personalised service to every customer.
- Style customers, recommend products and build lasting relationships.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain visual merchandising and operational standards.
- Support the team during busy periods and work a full retail rota.
Required profile
- Previous experience in fashion or premium retail.
- Outgoing, confident and customer‑focused personality.
- Strong communication and styling abilities.
- Commercial mindset with enthusiasm for targets.
- Flexibility to work across a full retail schedule.
