About the role

Join the Sales Operations team as a Sales Analytics Graduate and support the external sales force with data‑driven insights. This 2‑year fixed‑term position offers hands‑on experience in preparing data, building reports and dashboards, and turning numbers into actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, validate and structure sales data from multiple sources.
• Assist the analytics team in creating standard and ad‑hoc reports, dashboards and performance insights.
• Collaborate with external sales teams to capture reporting requirements and translate them into analytical outputs.
• Analyse sales performance, trends and opportunities across products, regions and channels.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting processes, tools and data quality.
• Support the implementation of automation, AI and machine‑learning initiatives.
• Work closely with Sales Operations colleagues to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in a numerate or analytical discipline (e.g., Business, Economics, Data, Engineering, Finance, STEM).
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Confidence working with data and spreadsheets.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical teams and frontline sales colleagues.
• Valid Right‑to‑Work in the UK for the contract duration.

Required skills

• Excel (or equivalent spreadsheet software).
• Experience with CRM systems (advantageous).
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools (advantageous).
