Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group. You will spend most of your time engaging prospective members over the phone and showcasing our clubs, while delivering a high‑quality sales experience in an office environment.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective members, promoting the brand’s values and membership benefits.
• Conduct in‑person tours of club facilities, demonstrating services and converting leads into members.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets on a regular basis.
• On‑board new members and ensure they receive premium after‑care support.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.

Required profile

• Target‑driven with strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Passionate about health, fitness and wellbeing.
• Self‑starter who takes pride in delivering a quality sales experience.
• Previous sales experience is desirable but not mandatory.
