Sales Engineer – Cutting Tools & OEM (South East England)

About the role
Join a market‑leading Japanese OEM as a Sales Engineer, managing the South East England territory. You will be the technical bridge between the manufacturer and customers, helping them optimise machining processes with premium cutting tools.
Key responsibilities
- Develop new business and grow existing accounts across the South East region.
- Provide technical advice, product demonstrations and solution‑led selling to end users and distributors.
- Maintain strong relationships with the distributor network and key customer accounts.
- Travel regularly to customer sites while working remotely.
Required profile
- Background in cutting tools, CNC machining or precision engineering.
- Experience in technical sales, business development or as an Application Engineer.
- Full UK driving licence.

What we offer
- Base salary £40,000‑£45,000 plus OTE up to £65,000.
