Sales Executive – Digital Transformation (Europe)

About the role

Gray Global Placements is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to lead consulting and digital transformation sales across the airline, hospitality and travel sectors in Europe. You will be the face of the company, building pipelines, shaping value propositions and closing new deals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and close new consulting and digital transformation contracts (90% sales, 10% account management).
• Develop and promote marketing content to generate pipeline.
• Position the company as a trusted advisor and industry leader.
• Leverage the firm’s ecosystem of digital innovation, domain expertise and delivery excellence to craft solutions.
• Engage senior client leaders, CXOs and decision‑makers.
• Create proposals, craft solutions and lead presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of experience selling consulting and digital transformation services.
• Proven track record of large‑deal sales and relationship building with senior executives.
• Understanding of global delivery models and experience with complex proposals.
• Citizenship or permanent residency for the region, valid passport and willingness to travel (2‑3 day trips, overnight stays).
