Sales Executive – Outbound Calls for Mis‑Sold Car Finance Claims

About the role

We are looking for a confident, phone‑savvy Sales Executive to join Mis‑sold Expert’s fast‑growing team in Manchester. You will be the first point of contact for consumers who may have a mis‑sold car finance claim, building rapport quickly and guiding them through a transparent claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to introduce the car finance claims service.
• Conduct meaningful conversations to determine claim eligibility.
• Explain the claims process clearly, simply and reassuringly.
• Guide clients through sign‑up and hand over to the claims team.
• Record all call outcomes accurately in the CRM system.
• Follow FCA compliance guidelines on every interaction.

Required profile

• Confident, engaging phone manner with a genuine desire to help.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and able to handle a busy day.
• Quick at building rapport and putting people at ease.
• Organised and accurate when logging calls and updating systems.
• Previous outbound sales or call‑centre experience preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a CRM system.
• Understanding of FCA compliance requirements.
