Sales Finance Broker – Commercial Funding Solutions

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing multi‑office financial services group, is expanding its Debt Advisory division and seeks a Sales Finance Broker to originate and close commercial finance deals for business owners across the UK and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with business owners to assess funding requirements and growth plans.
• Source, structure and negotiate finance solutions from a wide panel of lenders.
• Manage the end‑to‑end advisory process from initial enquiry to deal completion.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, introducers and lenders.
• Deliver exceptional service to ensure clients receive the best possible terms.
• Contribute to the growth and performance of the advisory team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial finance, debt advisory, business lending or a similar B2B financial sales role.
• Comfortable interacting with senior decision‑makers and business owners.
• Strong deal‑structuring, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Professional, credible and committed to delivering outstanding client outcomes.

Required skills

• Knowledge of commercial finance products and lender panels.
