Sales Graduate – Support External Sales Teams

About the role

We are looking for a motivated graduate to join our Sales Operations team. In this hands‑on position you will support external sales teams, work closely with the Complete Solutions and Multi‑Technology team, and assist the Specification Operations team with Partnership Hub activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day operational and administrative support to external sales teams.
• Coordinate sales support activities across the Complete Solutions and Multi‑Technology teams.
• Assist the Specification Operations team with tasks related to the Partnership Hub.
• Maintain accurate records, trackers and reporting for partnership and specification activities.
• Act as a liaison between sales, specification operations and internal support teams.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations colleagues to ensure reporting aligns with business objectives.

Required profile

• Valid Right to Work in the UK for the duration of the contract.
• Recent graduate in a commercial discipline with a strong interest in sales support and operations.
• Organised, detail‑focused and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
