About the role

Key responsibilities

• Source, market and manage a portfolio of premium properties.
• Conduct valuations, arrange viewings and negotiate deals from enquiry to handover.
• Advise clients on market trends, pricing and the full property journey.
• Collaborate with mortgage advisors, surveyors and internal support teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals and the agency’s database.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Dubai property laws, trends and regulations.

Required profile

• Strong attitude, work ethic and ambition; sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Confident, professional appearance and high personal standards.
• Resilient, self‑motivated and driven to succeed.
• Valid driving licence.
