About the role
As a Lettings & Sales Agent with Allsopp & Allsopp, you will drive the full lifecycle of residential property transactions in Dubai’s dynamic market. You will source, market, and negotiate listings, guiding landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers to successful outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage a portfolio of residential properties for rent and sale.
- Conduct property valuations, secure new listings and market them effectively.
- Manage the end‑to‑end sales and lettings process, from viewings to contract completion.
- Negotiate offers and ensure win‑win results for all parties.
- Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers.
- Stay informed on local market trends, pricing and competitor activity.
- Provide after‑sales and lettings support and follow‑up.
Required profile
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
- Confident, professional and customer‑focused attitude.
- Target‑driven with a proactive mindset.
- UAE driving licence and own car (essential).
