Sales Negotiator – Estate Agency (London)

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Sales Negotiator to join one of the largest independent estate agencies in South East England. You will work within a supportive team, benefit from extensive training, and have clear pathways for career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively contact potential clients to build relationships and generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct engaging property viewings and showcase homes effectively.
• Register and qualify applicants, matching buyers with suitable properties.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors to achieve successful outcomes.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to branch goals.
• Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Required profile

• Previous estate agency experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Confident, resilient, self‑motivated and target‑driven.
• Positive attitude with a strong desire to succeed.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
