Sales Negotiator – Estate Agent (Rickmansworth)

About the role

We are recruiting a Sales Negotiator for an award‑winning estate agency in Rickmansworth. The ideal candidate will have previous estate‑agency experience or, as a trainee, a strong background in a high‑pressure call‑centre environment. Candidates must be UK residents, live within a 30‑minute commute, hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own car.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand buying or selling requirements.
• Assess buyers’ and sellers’ specific needs and match them with suitable properties.
• Respond to enquiries via email and telephone promptly.
• Maintain relationships with clients after sales are completed.
• Promote properties across various media channels.
• Consistently exceed sales targets.

Required profile

• Estate‑agency experience or proven success in a targeted call‑centre role.
• Experience with high‑end properties.
• Track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and teamwork orientation.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
