About the role

Join a multi‑award‑winning property finance firm in London as a Second Charge Mortgage Broker. You will guide developers and investors through the full lifecycle of second charge mortgage deals, from initial qualification to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads and assess suitability for second charge financing.
• Manage the end‑to‑end mortgage process, ensuring timely documentation and compliance.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide expert advice throughout the funding journey.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless, tech‑driven application experiences.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 months experience advising on second charge mortgages.
• Highly organised, motivated and commercially aware.
• Strong verbal and numerical abilities with confident client interaction.
• CF1 or CeMAP qualification beneficial but not essential.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of second charge mortgage products and processes.
• Proficiency in proofreading and professional written communication.
