As a Security Controller at our Brighton site, you will be at the heart of the Release Systems & Antennas division, ensuring the highest standards of security for advanced aerospace and defense solutions.

Missions principales

• Ensure full compliance with UK Government, client, and corporate security requirements.
• Manage the R&IS security program, including risk management and incident response.
• Oversee the handling and protection of classified documents and sensitive information.
• Supervise physical security protocols and personnel security clearances.
• Promote a proactive security culture through effective liaison with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Implement and monitor local security procedures to mitigate operational risks.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in security management, ideally within a defense, aerospace, or highly regulated industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of government security protocols and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and sensitize diverse teams.
• Ability to work independently while reporting to the Managing Director and collaborating with the UK Security Director.
