Self‑Employed Mortgage Advisor – Fully Remote

About the role

This is a fully remote, self‑employed position for an experienced Mortgage Advisor who already has an established client bank. You will manage your own diary, work independently and benefit from generous commission splits while receiving in‑house supervision and support.

Key responsibilities

• Guide clients through the entire mortgage journey, from fact‑find to completion.
• Provide compliant mortgage advice and recommend protection products where appropriate.
• Maintain high‑quality client files and ensure all regulatory and compliance standards are met.
• Manage your own pipeline and workload autonomously.
• Leverage the company’s online lead generation channels to grow your business.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor.
• Existing client bank or pipeline (essential).
• Confidence in selling protection products.
• Strong compliance mindset and attention to detail.
• Professional, consultative approach to client service.
