SEN Student Support Assistant – College (September start)

About the role
This temporary, ongoing position supports SEN learners at a West London FE college. You will work three days a week, off‑site at the Hounslow site, from 8:45 am to 3:30 pm, assisting students with English and Maths coursework.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver one‑to‑one or small‑group support to learners within the Inclusion department.
- Ensure all work meets the college’s standards and safeguarding policies.
- Maintain accurate records and collaborate with the dedicated SEN team.
Required profile
- Right to work in the UK and ability to complete an enhanced DBS check.
- Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or Support Worker with SEN students.
- GCSE‑level English and Maths (or equivalent).
- Flexible, team‑oriented approach and immediate availability.
What we offer
- Hourly rate of £14.53 (including holiday pay).
- Temporary ongoing contract, three days per week on‑site.
