Senior Account Manager – Organic Social (Remote, UK)

About the role

We are partnering with an award‑winning, fast‑growing social‑first creative agency that needs a Senior Account Manager to lead its Organic Social team. You will work remotely, managing a portfolio of well‑known consumer brands and shaping their organic social presence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day relationships across multiple client accounts.
• Develop and execute organic social strategies, overseeing content delivery.
• Manage content calendars, creative production and UGC campaigns.
• Collaborate with creators, influencers and internal creative teams.
• Present insights and campaign performance to clients.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell services.
• Mentor junior team members and champion best practices.

Required profile

• 4+ years’ experience in a social, digital or creative agency.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Threads and emerging platforms.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts.
• Passion for social‑first content, culture and trends.
• Commercial awareness with excellent client management skills.
• Experience overseeing content production and creator/UGC campaigns.
