Senior Analyst – Product Delivery

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Product Change team within Mastercard Prepaid Management Services. The role focuses on supporting the launch of new prepaid products and client/process changes by managing onboarding documentation, coordinating testing, and delivering solutions across issuer and distributor partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain issuer and distributor onboarding documentation, incorporating stakeholder feedback.
• Conduct onboarding sessions for external clients.
• Collaborate with Global Product to identify feasible, cost‑effective solutions and support basic queries.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional subject‑matter experts to design efficient solutions.
• Review product specifications and contracts, flagging key considerations for finance impact assessments.
• Support production program testing, including change categorisation, project summarisation, test‑plan creation, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Gather inputs from finance teams and raise work requests as needed.

Required profile

• Experience in product delivery or change management within a financial services environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse documentation and assess financial impact.
