Senior Broker - Real Estate Finance

About the role

The Senior Broker – Real Estate Finance will lead the structuring of debt and equity solutions for commercial, development and residential investment transactions. Reporting to the Director of Real Estate Finance, you will support client financing needs while driving growth for FRP Real Estate Advisory.

Key responsibilities

• Structure debt and equity financing for commercial, development and residential investment deals.
• Service key partners and introducers by meeting their clients' financing requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, introducers and brokers.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends, competitors and regulatory standards.
• Ensure compliance with FCA CPD and market standards.
• Achieve business targets and generate new opportunities.
• Prepare reports for the Director and contribute to weekly and monthly team reviews.
• Mentor and manage junior brokers, fostering their development.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education or equivalent professional qualifications.
• Solid understanding of the real estate finance market.
• Proven experience in structuring finance transactions and building trust within teams.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight timelines.

Required skills

• Advanced financial modelling in Excel.
