Senior Business Acceptance Analyst (6‑Month FTC) – London

About the role

Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a Senior Business Acceptance Analyst to support a major transformation programme. You will ensure that new processes, systems and ways of working are ready for day‑to‑day operation across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business readiness and acceptance plans.
• Conduct readiness assessments, identify adoption risks and propose mitigation.
• Define, document and manage business acceptance criteria with stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings and engagement activities with business teams.
• Track, report and escalates readiness activities, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Support transition planning and implementation activities.
• Collaborate with programme, project and change teams to drive successful outcomes.
• Produce clear documentation, status updates and governance reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business acceptance, readiness or transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Background in complex, regulated or large‑scale organisations.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and organisational skills.
• Experience working within programme or project delivery environments.
• Proactive, collaborative approach to delivering change.
