Senior Business Travel Consultant - Night Shift

About the role

Perk is looking for a Senior Business Travel Consultant to deliver a 7‑star experience for business travelers on night shifts. You will use your expertise in Galileo or Amadeus to manage bookings, amendments and cancellations for European and domestic travel.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑class service via live chat, phone and email, handling travel reservations, amendments and cancellations.
• Arrange flights, car rentals and hotels, ensuring accuracy and compliance with service level agreements.
• Maintain and develop client relationships throughout the travel process, offering suitable travel options.
• Mentor junior team members, quality‑check their work and support the Team Leader.
• Monitor and manage Galileo GDS queues to meet SLA targets.

Required profile

• Proficient in air fares and ticketing with expert knowledge of Galileo or Amadeus GDS.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Previous experience as a Business Travel Consultant.
• Well‑organized, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Positive, professional telephone manner and proactive problem‑solving attitude.
