Stockroom Manager – Back of House Leadership

About the role

The Stockroom Manager leads the back‑of‑house operation for a Massimo Dutti store, ensuring efficient stock flow, delivery processing and replenishment so the shop floor is always ready for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily stockroom operations, managing inbound and outbound stock movements in line with company guidelines.
• Maintain strong stockroom organisation, making products easy to locate, process and replenish.
• Support replenishment routines to keep the shop floor commercial and fully stocked.
• Monitor stockroom standards, productivity and accuracy, taking corrective action when needed.
• Ensure health & safety, security and stock movement procedures are followed at all times.

Required profile

• Highly organised with the ability to manage stock, space and daily priorities.
• Calm under pressure and able to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in accuracy and standards.
• Reliable, proactive and solutions‑focused with a positive team mindset.

Required skills

• Clear communication with shop‑floor, management and operations teams.
• Ability to lead, coach and support a stockroom team.
