Senior Commercial Lawyer – Remote Temporary Contract

About the role

This is a three‑month temporary assignment with a leading international law firm, working fully remotely. You will act as an extension of a high‑profile global client’s in‑house legal team, delivering practical, business‑focused advice on commercial matters.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on a broad range of commercial contracts and day‑to‑day legal issues.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Provide pragmatic legal support to key business stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with the client and wider legal teams to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
• Assist with contract management and risk‑assessment activities.

Required profile

• UK‑qualified senior solicitor with experience in a reputable law firm or in‑house legal team.
• Strong background in commercial contracts.
• Ability to work independently and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Comfortable in a client‑facing environment, delivering practical legal solutions.
• Available to start at short notice.
