Senior Customer Advisor – Dealership Front‑line Role

About the role

As a Senior Customer Advisor you will be the first point of contact for visitors to the Stellantis &You dealership in Leicester. You will welcome customers, understand their needs, and act as the essential link between them and the service technicians.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers as they arrive, ensuring a professional and friendly experience.
• Listen to customer concerns, answer queries, and provide clear information about services.
• Coordinate with technicians to schedule work and communicate status updates.
• Promote and sell additional services identified through the Vehicle Health Check process.
• Adopt and use new digital systems as part of the dealership’s digitalisation strategy.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service orders.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably within an automotive or service environment.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of service quality.
