Senior Customer Success Manager (Hybrid, London)

About the role

Recharge is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to work hybrid from its London office, supporting top EMEA merchants. In this role you will act as a strategic partner, helping brands grow subscription revenue through consultative guidance and product expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic partner for a portfolio of Recharge’s largest and most complex merchants, acting as an extension of their teams.
• Own and lead renewal strategy by demonstrating platform ROI and aligning outcomes to merchants’ business goals.
• Advise merchants on strategic use of new and existing features, tying adoption to measurable business outcomes.
• Champion merchant needs across internal teams, collaborating cross‑functionally to deliver impactful solutions.
• Resolve escalations and critical requests with urgency, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews and Executive Business Reviews to surface results and growth levers.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years managing enterprise SaaS accounts in a fast‑paced technology company.
• Consultative mindset with a proven track record supporting strategic, high‑touch e‑commerce accounts.
• Excellent relationship management, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work at least three days per week in the London office and travel 15‑20% annually.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
