Job description
About the role

Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business priorities, use cases and success metrics, and translate that insight into tailored success plans that deliver lasting value.
Key responsibilities
- Own the day‑to‑day relationship for a portfolio of Key Accounts, building trusted partnerships and acting as the primary client contact.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business priorities, use cases and success metrics, proactively connecting Statista’s products and services to solve their problems.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date account health picture across the portfolio, monitoring usage trends, stakeholder changes, risk signals and expansion indicators.
- Provide ongoing client enablement, including platform education, product advisory and value‑case training.
- Prepare clients for renewal by demonstrating achieved value against success criteria and collaborating with the commercial owner on strategy and timing.
- Contribute to the wider Client Success practice by sharing knowledge, mentoring junior CSMs and helping shape team operations as it scales.
Required profile
- 5–8 years of B2B Customer Success experience, managing and growing enterprise or strategic accounts in a subscription‑based model.
- Proven ability to understand client business objectives, create structured success plans and build compelling ROI/value cases.
- Commercial awareness with a focus on driving renewal and expansion outcomes without needing to own negotiations.
- Sound judgement navigating complex, multi‑stakeholder relationships, including senior and executive stakeholders.
- Proactive and organised at a portfolio level, comfortable using usage reports, health scores and account trends to build business cases and surface renewal risk early.
- Collaborative partner who clearly understands where Customer Success ends and commercial ownership begins.

- International team and social events.
- Subsidised urban mobility and access to fitness and wellness options.
