Main Missions

• Lead the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from initial design to deployment and maintenance.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for complex software systems.
• Design, develop, and modify high-performance, scalable software solutions.
• Estimate engineering tasks accurately and ensure timely delivery within Agile frameworks.
• Debug, test, and optimize code to ensure the highest standards of quality and reliability.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers to foster technical excellence and professional growth.

Profile Required

• Proven experience as a Senior Software or Digital Engineer in a complex environment.
• Strong ability to navigate the entire software development lifecycle.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a passion for mentoring talent.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams.
