Senior Digital UX Designer

About the Role

Join Oxara London, a fast-growing agency, as a Senior Digital UX Designer. You will lead and deliver high-impact digital design projects for prestigious clients in the retail and financial services sectors, bridging the gap between aesthetic excellence and commercial performance.

Main Missions

• Lead the end-to-end design process for websites, landing pages, and complex digital journeys.
• Translate UX research and wireframes into high-fidelity, intuitive UI mockups.
• Deliver Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) driven solutions that balance usability with business impact.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure technical feasibility and design integrity.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and component libraries.
• Design responsive, mobile-first experiences adhering to accessibility standards.
• Present design decisions and strategic reasoning to clients and internal stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in digital design, having moved beyond the junior stage and ready for increased responsibility.
• A strong ability to articulate design rationale and influence both internal teams and clients.
• A continuous learner mindset, eager to refine your craft within a design and CRO-focused agency.
• Ability to manage high-volume digital product assets while maintaining quality.
