• Lead employment law support across the Manchester market.
• Advise on complex employee relations matters, tribunals and strategy.

• Help clients stay compliant and ahead of regulatory changes.
• Shape policies, processes and best practice for healthier workplaces.
• Work alongside HR, health & safety and legal specialists in a collaborative team.
• Deliver insights, templates and updates via the app‑based platform.
• Play a key role in growing AfterAthena’s presence in the region.
• Build and develop the employment law offering from the ground up.

Required profile

• Senior employment lawyer with ideally 6+ years post‑qualification experience (flexible for the right candidate).
• Commercially minded with a strong focus on client relationships.
