Senior Enterprise Account Executive – London (EMEA)

About the role

Pallet is looking for its first Senior Enterprise Account Executive in EMEA to drive new enterprise acquisition across Europe. Based in London, the role starts remotely and will transition to a full‑time office presence once the London office opens.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end enterprise sales cycle across EMEA, from outbound prospecting to contract signature.
• Build and maintain a 3‑4× qualified pipeline through disciplined outbound execution.
• Develop relationships with the largest logistics providers in Europe and shape the playbook for international expansion.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Solutions, and Customer Success to deliver a solution‑selling motion focused on workflow discovery, AI use‑case identification, structured pilots and measurable ROI.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level enterprise sales experience, preferably in logistics, supply‑chain or AI‑enabled technology.
• Demonstrated ability to sell complex, category‑defining platforms to large enterprises.
• Comfortable working in a high‑growth, startup environment and partnering directly with founders and senior leadership.
• Willingness to transition from remote work to a full‑time office setting in London.
