Senior Export Sales Manager – Pharmaceutical

About the role
Our client, a leading UK manufacturer of pharmaceutical products, is looking for a Senior Export Sales Manager to lead their international sales function. The role is fully remote with monthly visits to the Kent office, offering the chance to shape export strategy across a global customer base.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of international sales executives and export managers.
- Conduct regular one‑to‑one meetings with team members.
- Develop and implement business strategy for export markets.
- Maintain and grow relationships with wholesale, medical and pharmacy group customers in over 100 countries.
- Identify key business opportunities and drive revenue and profit growth.
Required profile
- Proven experience in international sales markets.
- Previous management experience leading sales teams.
- Background in the pharmaceutical industry with an understanding of the sector.
- Additional language skills are a plus but not mandatory.

- Base salary of £60,000 per year.
