Senior Finance Manager (Spanish Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager who is fluent in Spanish to partner with our Iberia portfolio companies. Based in central London, you will support a fast‑growing software group, driving finance, accounting and operational excellence across multiple acquisitions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the finance function for a portfolio of software businesses, coordinating internal and offshore resources.
• Oversee day‑to‑day accounting tasks, including contract set‑up, expense booking, accruals, treasury and banking activities.
• Prepare accurate GAAP financial statements, board reports, budgets and KPI dashboards.
• Perform quality assurance on GL postings, revenue recognition and variance analysis.
• Analyse budget‑to‑actual performance and provide insights to senior operators.
• Lead financial integration of new acquisitions and implement post‑M&A initiatives.
• Drive finance process‑improvement projects to increase efficiency and best practices.
• Handle ad‑hoc finance tasks as required.

Required profile

• ACA/CA or ACCA qualified with post‑qualification experience outside of practice.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS); US GAAP is a plus.
• Business‑level proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Self‑starter comfortable with a hybrid work model (2 days office, 3 days remote).
• Proven ability to lead teams, implement change and improve processes.
• Effective delegation and coordination with offshore teams.
