Senior Finance Transformation Consultant – Delivery

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Finance Transformation Consultant to join our advisory practice. The role is hybrid, offering flexibility for client travel, and comes with a competitive salary of around £70k plus bonus.

Key responsibilities

• Work with CFOs and senior finance leaders to improve decision‑making, planning, forecasting, cost management and overall business performance.
• Analyse client challenges, design practical solutions and lead delivery of complex finance improvement programmes.
• Develop finance target operating models, integrated planning, performance management and cost‑optimisation initiatives.
• Lead workstreams, manage junior consultants and ensure high‑impact delivery across transformation projects.

Required profile

• Strong consulting background, preferably in finance transformation or performance improvement.
• Proven experience leading workstreams on complex transformation programmes.
• Good knowledge of finance operating models, planning, forecasting, cost management or performance management.
• Confidence interacting with CFOs and senior finance stakeholders.
• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification, or on track to qualify within 12 months.
• Experience supporting proposals, bids or client growth is a plus.
