Senior Financial Planning & Reporting Analyst (FP&A)

About the role

Content Guru is seeking a senior finance professional to lead Financial Planning & Analysis activities at its head office in Bracknell. Reporting to the CFO, you will provide financial insight that supports strategic and operational decisions across the Group.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Group's budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring robust financial planning that supports growth.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to inform commercial and strategic decisions.
• Monitor performance against budgets, identify risks and opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
• Produce and enhance management reporting for executive and board-level discussions.
• Maintain complex Excel models and Power BI dashboards, improving automation and analytical capability.
• Provide financial oversight of Sales Incentive Plan reporting and partner with sales, commercial and operational teams on business cases.
• Coach and mentor junior analysts, coordinating workloads and upholding reporting quality.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) or equivalent.
• Significant experience in FP&A, commercial finance or management reporting.
• Proven track record leading budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Strong analytical, commercial and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Leadership and coaching capability.
