Senior Fullstack Engineer

About the role

Senior Fullstack Engineer at Capsa AI, building the AI Operating System that automates private‑capital investment workflows. You will own product features from ideation through production, make architecture decisions and deliver measurable impact for leading PE firms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and ship end‑to‑end features across the full stack (frontend, backend, data pipelines).
• Maintain and improve code quality, performance and development velocity.
• Lead recent projects such as the Agent Harness, Code Execution Framework, and VLM‑based document ingestion and search pipelines.
• Collaborate with product, design and data teams to ensure solutions meet user needs.

Required profile

• 4+ years of production software experience at a venture‑backed startup or top tech firm.
• Proven track record of taking entire products or major features from concept to production with clear impact.
• Strong curiosity about the domain and a focus on delivering value to users.
• Comfortable thriving in fast‑moving, high‑performance environments.
