Senior Independent Financial Adviser – London (Equity & High Earnings)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Independent Financial Adviser to join our fast‑growing IFA firm in London. You will operate with full autonomy, delivering client‑first advice while benefiting from a strong back‑office and a clear equity participation plan.

Key responsibilities

• Build and expand a client book of high‑net‑worth and mass‑affluent individuals.
• Provide holistic financial planning covering pensions, investments, tax and protection.
• Generate new business through personal networks and introducer relationships.
• Maintain and deepen long‑term client relationships.
• Collaborate with dedicated paraplanning, admin and compliance teams to ensure a premium client experience.

Required profile

• Proven track record as an Independent Financial Adviser with strong new‑business generation.
• Ability to work independently and develop client relationships.
• Diploma qualified (minimum DipPFS); Chartered qualification desirable.
• Commercially driven and motivated by both earnings and long‑term equity potential.
