Senior Legal Counsel – Regulatory

About the role

Titan Wealth is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join its legal team in London. You will provide specialist regulatory advice to support the firm’s wealth‑management activities across the UK and internationally, ensuring compliance with evolving financial‑services legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and advise on regulations issued by the FCA and other relevant financial regulators.
• Serve as the primary legal point of contact for all regulatory queries and implementation projects.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts and other legal documents in line with current regulatory requirements.
• Communicate legal risks associated with regulatory developments to business stakeholders.
• Oversee the selection, budgeting and performance of external counsel on regulatory matters.
• Monitor and support junior team members, taking on line‑management responsibilities as needed.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with at least 6 years post‑qualification experience in regulatory law.
• Broad experience working within a regulated financial‑services organisation or a law firm serving such clients.
• Proven ability to manage a diverse workload and deliver high‑quality advice under pressure.
• Strong commercial awareness and risk‑based decision‑making.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of UK financial regulatory framework (FCA, PRA) and relevant international regulations.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements in a regulated environment.
• Ability to liaise effectively with compliance teams and external counsel.
