Senior Lettings Consultant – Farringdon, London

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing independent estate agency in the heart of Farringdon. As a Senior Lettings Consultant you will drive the lettings business forward, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants while delivering a high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business and win property instructions.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of landlords.
• Conduct market appraisals and valuations.
• Negotiate offers and progress deals to completion.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process.
• Contribute to the overall success and growth of the office.

Required profile

• Proven track record in lettings, especially listing and valuation.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven and proactive.
• Energetic, personable and confident communicator.
• Strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Residence within a one‑hour commute of Farringdon.
