Senior Management Accountant – Hybrid

About the role

Senior Management Accountant based in London, working hybrid, supporting business performance and strategic decision‑making within a collaborative finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts, journals, balance‑sheet reconciliations and financial analysis.
• Partner with operational teams to provide financial insight and support commercial decision‑making.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Support month‑end and year‑end processes, including audit and statutory reporting requirements.
• Contribute to finance improvement projects to streamline processes and strengthen financial controls.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with post‑qualified management accounting experience.
• Strong management accounting and financial analysis capabilities.
• Confident in communicating financial information to both finance and non‑finance stakeholders.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
