Senior Manager – Accounting & Advisory

About the role

Trinity House Group is seeking a Senior Manager for its International Finance Function. This newly created position sits at the centre of a growing Accounting & Advisory team, supporting the business across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure international financial outputs comply with Group policy under IFRS and US GAAP, handling technical queries from Operations, Internal Audit, Tax, Treasury and Group Reporting.
• Translate complex accounting challenges into practical, compliant solutions in partnership with regional finance teams.
• Support end‑to‑end M&A activity, from structuring and due diligence through integration and reporting.
• Oversee group reporting, local statutory audits and streamline reporting processes across divisions.
• Lead external audit coordination and drive system‑based monitoring of reporting deadlines.
• Drive process improvements, deliver training and shape accounting policy across diverse functions and regions.

Required profile

• Professionally qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent) with deep IFRS expertise; US GAAP exposure is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical thinker able to research, analyse and resolve complex technical accounting issues.
• Excellent communicator who can simplify technical matters for finance teams and senior executives.
• Commercial mindset with a solutions‑first approach and proven stakeholder‑management skills.
• Highly organised, self‑driven and comfortable operating in ambiguous environments.
