Senior Marketing Manager – Brand & Equity (EMENA)

About the role

The Senior Marketing Manager – Brand & Equity (EMENA) will lead Costa Coffee’s brand strategy across the Europe, Middle East and North Africa region. Reporting to senior leadership, you will translate the global brand platform into culturally relevant, commercially effective campaigns for both retail and away‑from‑home channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive a culturally relevant brand approach that builds awareness and long‑term brand love across EMENA markets.
• Develop bold, channel‑ready campaigns and toolkits that partners can activate locally.
• Integrate coffee product credentials, menu innovation and global positioning into local storytelling.
• Use insights, data and market feedback to improve creative effectiveness and campaign impact.
• Collaborate with franchise partners and bottlers’ marketing teams to guide execution and elevate brand presence on the ground.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in brand management or marketing communications.
• Strong understanding of multicultural markets within EMENA.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence external partners.
• Curiosity, inclusivity and a problem‑solving mindset.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, global environment.
