Main Missions

• Lead the design and development of complex mechanical solutions, ensuring all projects are delivered within strict deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in design processes and manufacturability (DfM) through close collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Deliver high-precision designs, detailed technical analyses, and rigorous tolerance specifications in full compliance with BS 8888 standards.
• Work in close partnership with mechanical design teams and project managers to ensure seamless project execution from concept to production.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Senior Mechanical Engineer within a high-growth engineering environment.
• Strong technical background with a deep understanding of mechanical principles and manufacturing processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail, specifically regarding tight tolerances and technical documentation.
• Excellent collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively across different departments and seniority levels.
