Senior Pega System Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Pega System Architect to join Babel’s technology consulting team. You will play a key role in designing and building critical business processes for high‑impact digital transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and construct end‑to‑end processes using the PEGA platform.
• Develop and implement solutions that meet business requirements.
• Participate actively in requirements analysis and solution definition.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Optimize and improve existing processes for efficiency.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience working with PEGA.
• PEGA Senior System Architect (SSA) certification.
• University degree in Software Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Experience on complex or high‑volume projects.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem‑solving orientation.
