About the role

We are seeking a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join our growing team in Gloucester. The role offers genuine flexibility, allowing you to work full‑time or part‑time while handling high‑quality private client work.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review wills, probate files and estate administrations.
• Draft powers of attorney, trusts and succession planning documents.
• Manage a personal caseload while collaborating with experienced colleagues.
• Provide advice to private individuals and families on wealth preservation.
• Support the department’s continued expansion and client development.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor, legal executive or equivalent private client lawyer.
• Approximately 5 years post‑qualification experience in private client work.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
