About the role
G2 Legal Limited is expanding its Commercial Property team and is seeking an experienced solicitor or chartered legal executive to join a collaborative, regional firm. The position is based in Gloucester and offers hybrid working.
Key responsibilities
- Advise a diverse client base on commercial property transactions.
- Manage acquisitions and disposals of commercial premises and businesses.
- Handle landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals, assignments and licences.
- Oversee day‑to‑day commercial property matters from instruction through to completion.
Required profile
- Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with approximately 3+ years PQE.
- Enjoys a varied commercial property caseload.
- Committed to delivering high‑quality client service in a supportive environment.
