About the Role

Join a global leader in the energy sector as a Project Commercial Manager within our Process and Energy (P&E) division. You will play a pivotal role in driving commercial performance and managing complex risks across high-impact projects, including green hydrogen and energy transition initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

• Maximize commercial performance and manage risks throughout the entire contract lifecycle (pre and post-signature).
• Drive business growth by commercializing service offerings and implementing business unit strategies.
• Lead and develop high-performing, cross-functional commercial teams.
• Ensure strict compliance with commercial and contractual policies.
• Manage dispute resolution, claims, and debt recovery processes.
• Integrate robust commercial governance across projects and portfolios.
• Oversee the tender governance process and align objectives with global corporate strategy.
