Senior Project Manager – Enterprise SaaS Implementation

About the role
Oscar Technology is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex enterprise SaaS implementation programmes for global customers in highly regulated sectors. You will oversee 5‑8 month projects, typically managing two concurrent programmes with budgets up to £400,000.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end project governance, planning, RAID, change control and financial performance.
- Chair steering committees and engage C‑suite stakeholders to drive successful delivery.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams across Implementation, Customer Success and Technical workstreams.
- Maintain strong, long‑term client relationships and ensure compliance with regulated industry standards.
Required profile
- 10+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise software implementations.
- Proven track record managing budgets of £200,000‑£400,000.
- Experience with regulated industries such as life sciences, pharmaceuticals, chemicals or manufacturing.
- Strong customer‑facing experience with global enterprise clients.
Required skills
- PRINCE2
- PMP
- APM PMQ or equivalent project management qualification
- Knowledge of GxP validation or validated system implementations (desirable)
