Senior Project Manager – Luxury Fashion & Retail

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead luxury fashion and retail fit‑out projects for a London‑based consultancy. You will own projects from feasibility through handover, balancing strategic vision with practical delivery while maintaining design intent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple fit‑out projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets and quality standards are met.
• Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies and risk analyses to shape project strategy.
• Oversee cost plans, budgets, approvals and value‑engineering activities.
• Collaborate closely with designers, contractors and consultants to deliver projects true to the creative vision.
• Lead tender processes and procurement to achieve best value.
• Maintain clear schedules, reports and communication throughout delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and statutory regulations.
• Build and sustain long‑term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Support national rollout programmes for new store openings, refurbishments and rebrands.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction or fit‑out, preferably within luxury retail or hospitality.
• Strong understanding of contractor and client‑side contracts.
• Commercial insight with solid cost‑management experience.
• CSCS or SMSTS certification is desirable.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.
